How Fiji Are You? Quiz – Terms & Conditions

The “How Fiji Are You?” quiz promotion (Promotion) is conducted by Fiji Island Holidays (Kizmazz Pty Ltd) ABN 66 139 561 005 (Promoter). By entering, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
• Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to win the major prize.

Promotion Period

• The Promotion commences on 06 December 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 31 March 2026.
• Entries received after this time will not be eligible for the major prize draw or the $50 quiz discount.

How to Enter

• During the Promotion Period, visit the quiz page and submit your name and a valid email address.
• Complete the quiz and submit your answers to receive your personal $50 Fiji quiz discount code and automatic entry into the major prize draw.
• Limit of one (1) entry per person and per email address.

Prizes

• Major Prize: One (1) winner will receive a AUD $500 discount on a new Fiji holiday booking with Fiji Island Holidays (minimum land spend of AUD $2,500, before discounts are applied).
• Minor Benefit: Every valid entrant who completes the quiz will receive a personal AUD $50 quiz discount code to use on a new Fiji holiday booking with Fiji Island Holidays (minimum land spend of AUD $1,500, before discounts are applied).
• Discounts apply to land arrangements booked through Fiji Island Holidays and do not apply to taxes, airline-only tickets, travel insurance, or other non-commissionable components, unless otherwise stated by the Promoter.
• All discounts are applied once per booking and are not transferable, refundable, redeemable for cash, or combinable with any other discount or promotion, unless expressly agreed by the Promoter.

Travel & Booking Conditions

• Eligible bookings must be made through Fiji Island Holidays.
• Travel using either the $500 discount or the $50 quiz discount must be completed by 31 December 2026.
• Blackout periods, minimum stay requirements, and supplier-specific conditions may apply.
• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
• Standard Fiji Island Holidays booking terms and conditions apply to all travel arrangements.

Major Prize Draw & Winner Notification

• The major prize winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
• The draw will take place at the offices of Fiji Island Holidays within 7 days of the Promotion closing.
• The winner will be notified by email using the contact details provided on entry.
• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within a reasonable time (as determined by the Promoter), a redraw may take place.

$50 Quiz Discount Code

• Each unique code is assigned to the entrant’s email address and may only be used once.
• Codes are valid for new bookings only and must be applied at the time of quotation or booking confirmation.
• Codes cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings.

Privacy

• By entering the Promotion, you consent to the Promoter collecting and using your personal information (including name and email address) for the purposes of administering the Promotion, contacting winners and issuing discount codes.
• You may also receive marketing communications about Fiji travel offers and news. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us directly.

General

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
• If the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter may cancel, suspend or modify the Promotion (subject to any applicable regulatory approval).
• Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained as a result of accepting or using any prize, including but not limited to travel delays, changes or cancellations.
