Your quote will identify the room types, travel dates, included services and any additional costs. Group rates or benefits depend on the resort, dates and number of rooms; they are not automatic.

Compare the full trip cost, including flights, transfers, meals and activities, rather than the room price alone.

2. Map out the rooms.

Confirm adult and child occupancies, bedding and whether connecting rooms are guaranteed or only requested. Nearby rooms are not the same as interconnecting rooms.

3. Match transfers to flights.

Island connections and road transfers need to work with everyone’s arrival and departure times. Tell us if the group is flying from different cities.

4. Check children’s arrangements.

Kids’ club ages, supervision, opening hours and nanny charges vary. Verify the details for each child before choosing a resort.

5. Plan shared meals and free time.

Flag dietary needs and book important group dinners or celebrations in advance, while leaving room for independent activities.
