Bobbing out in the pristine lagoon, the Shangri-La Fijian water park provides endless hours of fun and entertainment exclusively for resort guests. With a rodeo slide, monkey bars, wiggle bridge and action tower, the water park offers some of the best fun on the Coral Coast. Available for kids aged 7 years and over.
Shangri-La Fiji Resort
A family favourite for many years, Shangri-la Yanuca Island Fiji (Fijian Shangri La) is a sprawling resort situated on its exclusive 109-acre island. Enveloped by pristine white beaches, turquoise lagoons, and gently swaying palm trees, The Fijian, as it is fondly known, stands out as one of the rare resorts on the Coral Coast with a picturesque white sandy beach and a mesmerising blue lagoon.
Shangri-la Yanuca Island, Fiji, provides guests with an extensive array of amenities, including children’s play areas, numerous dining and recreational choices, and breathtaking wedding and event venues. Additionally, Shangri-la Yanuca Island, Fiji, is proud to be the residence of CHI Spa, which takes inspiration from the origins of the Shangri-la legend.
The Shangri-La Fiji is located a scenic 50 minute drive from Nadi International Airport.
Castaway Island Fiji Water Park
About the water park
Strategically located past Monkey Rock on the resort’s scenic North Beach, Castaway Island Resort’s water park features an assortment of exciting attractions including a trampoline, water slide, swing, tower and more. Each element has been designed to ignite joy and excitement for guests of all ages.
The water park is opened daily from 9:30am – 4:30pm and is open to guests aged 8 years and above. The cost resort guests is FJD$20 for 1 hour or FJD $35 for two hours. Day trippers can dive into the fun for FJD$30 per hour. Guests are transported between the resort and the water park via a dedicated transfer boat. Life jackets are mandatory and are provided upon boarding the boat.
Castaway Island Resort
Castaway Island Resort is one of Fiji’s most popular private island resorts and has guests returning year after year to experience it’s magic. The island’s 174 acres are covered with lush tropical vegetation, surrounded by white sand beaches and vibrant coral reefs. This beautiful private island retreat is a place for families, intergenerational family groups, and idyllic island weddings. Castaway is the heart and soul of the Fiji Islands, exemplifying the warmth and genuine hospitality of her Fijian family of staff.
Located in the heart of the Mamanuca Islands, Castaway Island Fiji is accessible by helicopter, seaplane, water taxi or scheduled ferry service. Beautifully designed traditional thatched-roof bures (bungalows) with vaulted tapa ceilings offer patios, separate sitting areas, as well as mini fridges. The individual bures are located in either the centre of the island surrounded by beautiful gardens, with ocean glances or beachfront.
There are 4 restaurants, including 3 with bars, and there are two pools; one child pool and one serenity pool with swim-up bar.
Castaway Island can be reached by launch boat within 2 hours from Nadi International Airport.
Plantation Island Resort Water Park
About the water park
The water park at Planation Island Resort is free for guests and features six action packed modules – including the iconic Action Tower and spring free Aqua Trampoline. The water park is open daily from 9:00am to 5:00pm for children aged 5-16 years. Life jackets are mandatory and supplied free of charge by the resort. Parents are encouraged to supervise children aged 5-8 years from the water.
Plantation Island Resort
Plantation Island Resort is nestled on the 553 acre island of Malolo LaiLai, part of the Mamanuca Islands and is just 10 miles / 16 kilometres offshore west of Nadi International Airport. The resort is nestled among tropical, landscaped gardens and coconut palms, and features an incredible 7km of white sandy beaches, part of which fronts the beautiful sheltered lagoon.
Plantation Island can offer you total relaxation or a wide range of leisure activities and cultural excursions. Relax around one of the many pools or swim in the beautiful blue water lagoon. Take part in the many activities or sip a cocktail at one of the bars.
