Tia’s Treehouse is Malolo’s Kids Club for children aged 4-12 years. The Treehouse is set back into the hillside under a giant mango tree. It is filled with lots of equipment and games, a fully fenced playground and the happy and smiling faces of the friendly Fijian staff, offering a unique and innovative kids club program called, “Yanu Yanu”, Fijian for “island”, and reflects the theme of the program which gives kids an opportunity to literally live like a local Malolo islander for a day or two or a week during their holiday and is free for children 4-12 years (with some small charges for optional, parental approved motorised activities). In keeping with offering a quintessential, barefoot Fijian island holiday experience, the resort has created a program which immerses kids, in a fun, innovative and educational way, into island life and includes a focus on the environment, the culture and the history of Malolo Island and Fiji in general.

The Kids Village at VOMO Island Resort s is a superbly appointed facility, caring specifically for Little Islanders year round. Open every day from 9am to 9pm with breaks for rest time, the Kids Village offers much more than childminding.
Accessed via a fun suspension bridge, the air-conditioned Kids Village features a playroom with quality toys, kitchen, media room, cubby house, undercover play areas, outdoor climbing frames, a purpose built BBQ and dining area, dress up wardrobe and craft tables. The entire facility is a bright and colourful experience for little minds and eyes and is interactive, secure and a delight for parents and children alike.
Little Islanders 4 years and over, can play at the Kids Village without parents and care is provided by our VOMO Activities Co-ordinators on a complimentary basis at the Kids Village, each day from 9am to 9pm with some breaks for lunch and bath time.
The Kids Village has a dedicated Chef who prepares a delicious array of cuisine for Little Islanders and takes into consideration the nutritional value as well as the tasty appeal of dishes on offer. Children are encouraged to eat breakfast with their family, can choose between a Kids Village lunch or a family meal and encouraged to dine with their Little Islander friends for the evening meal, to give parents time to enjoy adult-only areas around VOMO such as The Rocks for sunset cocktails.
Infants aged 3 years and under are welcome to visit the facility with parents or in the care of one of VOMO’s fantastic Baby Butlers, available at a nominal hourly rate. They will enjoy the soft rubber floors of the playroom and the high quality of the toys and books available.

The Bula Club also incorporates child care where parents can brief their assigned nanny about their families specific needs, if any, and dietary restrictions which are easily catered for. Parents are encouraged to include their nanny in family activities outside of the Bula Club. Nannies will follow the parents’ requested schedule for naps or take children for quiet time on the beach. In the evening, after parents have put their children to bed, the nanny can take over so parents can enjoy a romantic, candlelit dinner by themselves.

The Outrigger’s teen program (ages 13+) includes activities include spear-making, Sigatoka Sand Dunes adventure, Tavuni Hill Fort tour, Bebe Hill hike, and Enchanted Pool hike. Also included is a student exchange trip to a local Fijian high school. The program is designed to be culturally enriching, educational, interactive and fun!
